Geralyn's wild rice soup

boullion
chicken broth

wild rice, cooked

minced ham
1/2

grated carrot

tbsp
slivered almonds

cup
half and half

tbsp
dry sherry wine

tsp
salt, optional
Instructions: Saute the butter and onion.
Cook the chicken broth, water and flour mixture, stir while boiling.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Yield: many servings.
